We work with a small number of exceptional associates who deliver our workshops around the world face to face and through webinars.
We are always interested in hearing from great trainers, in particular those who bring a language capability that we lack.
When we recruit associates we look for
- Excellent training and facilitation skills – a background of training delivery both face to face and through webinar, with exposure to management and leadership training
- An understanding of life in large multinational corporations, either as a manager or a regular trainer or consultant to this environment
Please note – We don’t employ pure cross-cultural trainers; our core work tends to be more focused on embedding matrix, virtual and global working in the context of leadership, teams and personal effectiveness.
