Associates for Training Delivery – face-to-face and virtual workshops.

We work with a small number of exceptional associates who deliver our workshops around the world face-to-face and through interactive web seminars.

When we recruit associates we look for:

• Excellent training and facilitation skills – a background of training facilitation both face-to-face and through live webinar, with exposure to management and leadership training
• An understanding of life in large multinational corporations, either as a manager or a regular trainer or consultant to this environment
• English fluency, plus ideally the ability to deliver training in a second language

Please note – We don’t work with trainers only interested in cross-cultural work; our core work tends to be more focused on embedding virtual, matrix and agile & digital working in the context of leadership, teams and personal effectiveness. There are cross-cultural elements to this but our associates need the broader leadership and collaboration training credibility and capability.
