Global Integration offers coaching in all our areas of expertise – matrix management, virtual teams and global working.

Our coaching sessions are a mixture of content and process facilitation. Our coaches are experts, not just people who ask you questions. We will give input where required, but focus on helping you think through how you apply these insights to your own specific business situation.

• Matrix coaches – can help you think through both your matrix structure and the ways of working within it, and to reflect on your leadership style and its effectiveness within this complex environment.

• Virtual team coaches – can help you work on specific challenges on improving the effectiveness of your virtual teams and come up with tailored action plans specific to your business, your people and your challenges.

• Global working coaches – can help you think through the additional challenges of working across cultures and time zones and come up with practical solutions to the challenges you face in these areas.

Coaching is an intensive process where the focus is on giving you just the information you need to solve your problem, and helping you work through the process to improve your commitment to, and understanding of, the steps you need to take.

Our coaches will bring you the process tools you need and help you work through them to find the answer that works you. They can also discuss what we’ve learned from other organisations as an input to your thinking.

Coaching sessions can be conducted face-to-face or by telephone or through other media such as WebEx and timings can be flexible to your agenda.
