T.H. joined Global Integration September 2003. Born and raised in Singapore, he has lived and worked in numerous cities in the US as well as across the Asia Pacific region. An expert practitioner with 25+ years in organization effectiveness, change management, leadership and capability development, T.H. leverages his extensive HR experience in transforming clients’ organizational culture to sustain a high-performing, integrated way of working across an increasingly complex global environment.
During his tenure with Global Integration, T.H. has also developed, built and maintained key partnerships in the pharmaceutical, financial services, retail and technology sectors. His clients include Teva, AbbVie, Abbott, Morgan Stanley, American Express, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Walmart, Applied Materials, Thomson Reuters and Ericsson.
T.H.’s professional background and his client partnership experiences enable him to bring unique impact to his clients. His perspective and approach spans strategy development to tactical planning, providing clients with holistic solutions. He is able to identify concerns and issues important to C-suite executives and integrate them into practical solutions for frontline management implementation. In addition, with an increasingly complex global operating environment, T.H.’s cross-cultural management capability enables him to identify nuances and insight that often are hidden barriers in global initiatives.
T.H. has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA in Human Resources Management & International Business. With native language fluency in English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, he has been able to understand and traverse the East-West divide. Besides building sustainable high-performing integrated teams for organizations, T.H. also has a passion for underwater exploration and marine conservation. Throughout his many dive trips to remote corners of the world, T.H. has also developed a commitment to support education for under-privileged children in developing countries, particularly in Asia.
