Kelly Bradley

Kelly has a wealth of experience within the Learning and Development industry with 10 years’ experience working for a high-growth, award-winning, digital learning organization across several commercial roles, including sales leadership.

She has managed the strategic partnerships and learning requirements of some of the biggest organizations in the world, including Google and AstraZeneca. This experience has equipped Kelly to understand both the challenges facing stakeholders and learners within fast-moving, complex corporate environments.

Kelly is focused on understanding the “bigger picture” and connecting learning to strategy and tangible outcomes. With strong experience in learning consultancy, digital learning, data solutions and face-to-face and virtual workshop delivery, she supports our clients in considering the whole lifecycle of learning to drive the best results for learners and their organizations.

She designs and delivers highly engaging training, with a particular affinity for the sales environment and participant engagement.

In her spare time, Kelly loves to hike with her Border Terrier puppy, strength train and dabble in the occasional bouldering experience.  High performance remains central to Kelly’s ‘why,’ and you will often find her engaging in podcasts, audio books and HBR articles which provide an opportunity for her continued personal development.
