My name is Janet Davis and I’ve been part of the Global Integration team for twelve years.

I’ve worked all around the world for some fascinating companies on subject areas such as working in a matrix, gaining competitive edge from working across cultures and managing remote and virtual teams.

As for large groups: well, I love that after lunch session that other speakers hate.

I don’t use PowerPoint, I won’t need a microphone and I can absolutely guarantee you a fun and lively interactive workshop session that will really give your paricipants something to talk about over dinner.

I’m an ex-line manager in finance and HR, having run various remote and virtual multicultural teams myself, so I tend to have a very practical approach

Let me tell you about one of my favorite tips: The Three Bounce Rule. If I send you an email, that’s bounce one; you reply to me, that’s bounce two; if I reply to you again that’s the third bounce. After that, stop! Pick up the phone. Three bounces is quite enough.

Those who have met me will know that I’m also a ski instructor and a fanatical dancer, so you’ll understand why I tend to take on some of the slightly off the wall projects that come into Global Integration
