Snippets from the frontline

It’s Friday, and on a Friday we allow ourselves to talk about us a company, and take a slightly more relaxed approach to our blog. Many readers will have benefited from the organizational skills of our finance and administration manager, Caroline Blair. It’s courtesy of Caroline that I’m able to report these two snippets.

Global Integration has been proud to sponsor her husband, Nick Blair, a builder, to run the Reading Half Marathon with a cement mixer on his back for charity. Yes, you read that correctly – a cement mixer. The total weight is about 45 lbs/20kg. At 50, he’s expecting it to be a bit of a challenge! As CEO Kevan Hall was generous enough to donate a hefty sum to the challenge, it seems a bit rotten to share our next snippet, also donated by Caroline – but it was too good not to share!

Kevan’s book, “Speed Lead”, is also available in Spanish, titled “Gerenciar con Sentido Comun”. Last week, Caroline received a request through our web contact system in Spanish: “Deseo adquirir mas informacion sobre el libro gerenciar con sentido comun de kevan hall”.  The Google translation of this request for more information on the book?
