Video is an important element of standing out in this world. People like to see faces, and research shows that video really helps in building trust and rapport and in maintaining collaboration with your customers and colleagues.
However, some people are reluctant to use video, because they don’t think it shows them at their best, or you may have seen poor use of video where people have undermined your confidence in them by the way they appeared or behaved.

It only takes 15 minutes to complete (plus optional exercises you can try yourself offline) but can make a real difference to how you make and sustain a good impression online.
