Earlier this month we offered a copy of “Making the Matrix Work, Ho Matrix Managers Engage People and Cut Through Complexity” – the latest book by business author Kevan Hall, a stress ball, and a copy of Speed Lead to the 100th person to like our Facebook page.
The winner was Sonsoles Morales, herself an executive coach: “I usually find myself at the intersection of matrix and cross-cultural challenges, or the diversity of global companies”.
Since then our page has started to grow, and is becoming ever more engaged – we’re “Global Integration” if you’re trying to find us.
