photo PHil Stockbridge, runnerThis post is by way of congratulations to one of our senior consultants, Phil Stockbridge, who ran the Waitrose-sponsored Lichfield Half Marathon – (10k)  21k – last weekend in 2 hours 13 mins.

The run was, according to the organisers, “near perfect conditions” – unusually for the UK there wasn’t a spot of rain in sight, and a breeze kept the runners cool.

Phil is a keen runner, often taking on runs for charity. He ran this particular race for fun, accompanied by his son, as a warm up, we’re sure, to bigger challenges later.

Well done Phil on achieving a very respectable  run time.
