Improving sales team virtual and matrix collaboration
A fully virtual program with live virtual workshops and online learning for over 500 sales managers.
Initial stakeholder interviews with Sales VPs, Directors, HR and sample participants established the key needs and produced tailored examples. Participant pre-work included a short video from Valmet Head of Sales explaining the transformation and introducing the program. Course delivered entirely virtually using virtual workshops and online learning, covering how to:
- Communicate effectively when physically distant from your colleagues – including running brilliant virtual meetings.
- Achieve your goals without traditional authority; get things done and manage trade-offs in complex and uncertain environments.
- Lead, motivate and inspire a virtual, matrixed team – building
trust and good working relationships in this virtual world.
Over 500 sales managers from e.g. Japan, India, Finland, US took part.
