MDs and the key leadership team from each of the 63 beneficiary companies undergo a 4-year fully integrated intervention based on world class management practice. Since 2013, Global Integration’s ‘Communicating with Impact’ part of the program has consisted of:

  • 3 face-to-face core days that all companies experience, covering communication, leadership and coaching.
  • Optional 3 extra days training based on their specific needs, ranging from promoting their business image and visibility to improving communication skills on the shop floor.
  • Other specialists, including Deloitte and The University of Cambridge’s IfM, provide additional complimentary leadership skills in areas such as finance, strategy, self-awareness and motivation.

Impact: £2.4 billion in additional contracts (and counting)

So far SiG as a whole has delivered £2.4 billion in additional contracts for the UK Aerospace industry.
