MDs and the key leadership team from each of the 63 beneficiary companies undergo a 4-year fully integrated intervention based on world class management practice. Since 2013, Global Integration’s ‘Communicating with Impact’ part of the programme has consisted of:
- 3 face-to-face core days that all companies experience, covering communication, leadership and coaching.
- Optional 3 extra days training based on their specific needs, ranging from promoting their business image and visibility to improving communication skills on the shop floor.
Other specialists, including Deloitte and The University of Cambridge’s IfM, provide additional complimentary leadership skills in areas such as finance, strategy, self-awareness and motivation.
