New LinkedIn learning course – how to have fewer better meetings
We are pleased to announce the launch of our third LinkedIn learning course around how to have fewer, better meetings. It is presented by our own Kevan Hall and Alan Hall and based on their book Kill Bad Meetings.
It is particularly topical as today many people are reporting having days crammed with virtual meetings back to back.
This short video programme will give you some practical tools on how to decline more meetings, identify and cut out unnecessary meeting topics and participants, and improve the quality of the meetings that remain.
Even before COVID people told us they were spending about 2 days per week in meetings and half of this was wasted. This seems to have got much worse in the last 12 months.
