As part of the launch of our updated book Making the Matrix Work – the Agile Remix We are extending our matrix management readiness assessment to bring in some of the new themes in the book.

Based on our experience supporting dozens of matrix organizations around the world and training tens of thousands of participants in the skills needed to survive and thrive in navigating the matrix we have a clear idea of the key people challenges in implementing and operating a matrix organisation.
