We had a request from Mehmet A. Orhan, and whilst we often can’t help students, on this occassion we’re happy to help.

He’s undertaking some research that may be appropriate for many of the people reading this blog, examining the link between organizational dynamics and employee attitudes in virtual work settings. He hopes to better understand how organizational learning environment is shaped by employees’ feelings about the organization – more specifically: “Do employee turnover environment and employee commitment have an impact on organizational learning in virtual organizations?”

Mehmet is a doctoral researcher of the Work and Organizational Psychology department of Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). He obtained his MSc in Management from the Solvay Business School of VUB and he holds an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. He obtained his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Management from the University of London, The London School of Economics of Political Science.

Besides doctoral studies, Mehmet currently works as Trade Director at Glocal Investments Turkey. He has more than 5 years international experience in the risk field gained in Electronic Arts Central Europe and Exxon Mobil European Downstream Treasury.

Here’s the link to the survey – he’d love your help:
