Key Account Director
Alan Hall is a Key Account Director with Global Integration and co-author of the books Leading Remote and Virtual Teams and Kill Bad Meetings. He is also the author and presenter of the LinkedIn Learning program Activate your Professional Network and Improve your Visibility and co-presenter of Fewer Better Meetings.
Alan spent his corporate career in a number of roles across sales and marketing in complex organizations, most recently with Nestlé. Whilst working in matrix organizations he remained passionate about enabling the teams he supported with the skills and capabilities to successfully navigate the complexity.
Since joining Global Integration in 2017 Alan has scoped, developed and facilitated significant training programs across thousands of employees to support his clients transition to increasingly virtual, matrixed and hybrid organizations. His key passion is in delivery and ensuring that the skills and capabilities outlined are delivered and enabled within the teams he supports. In 2021, Alan has delivered, along with his consultants, over 700 hours of workshops to his clients.
Alan has experience in working across a number of different industries across finance, consumer goods, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and many more.
In his spare time Alan loves to travel and remain active with a passion for learning new skills. He is a keen road cyclist, skier and, for a new challenge, began learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
