Leading for agility is about principles before tools. We start by being clear about what you are trying to achieve in your specific environment.
Then we train people in the relevant principles, practices and tools needed to build true agility through people and the way they work together.

Leading for agility is about developing a more flexible, responsive and adaptive team or organization.
It is different from, but may be combined with, Agile working techniques – a range of tools and principles, developed in software engineering, that can help us deliver innovation and business results faster.
Our clients are using the term “agile” to describe many different things, from more flexible working to a full agile transformation with autonomous teams, chapters and guilds.
Building leadership agility is not about adopting a prescribed set of tools like SCRUM or KAMBAN. Agile practitioners agree that agile is about principles over tools and in a post-COVID world some traditional agile practices such as collocated teams will need to change to be delivered virtually.
