What’s going on?

In  the May edition of Director magazine is a superb piece by Kevan Hall, “Do we Expect too much of our leaders?” It raises the issue of the hero leader, and the costs – human and financial – of holding our leaders ultimately responsible for everything everyone does within their own organizations. It’s a thought-provoking read!

At the end of last year, we ran a series of posts on global travel. One of them, in particular, has started to attract some comment, and we’d love you to add your thoughts on how to cope with jet lag

We haven’t made too much of it, mostly because we don’t know how many readers can read Chinese. (I certainly can’t!) But if you do, or know someone who does, there’s a new page on this site in – yes, you guessed it – Chinese: 关于 Global Integration.

Details of where our team will be over the coming weeks are updated weekly so that if people want to meet them in person whilst they’re  in the area, they can try and arrange a meeting. This is the section – Where in the World – and it’s usually up to date for the next couple of weeks. It’s up to date at the moment for the next two weeks – and includes a link to details of the open access matrix management course that Global Integration  CEO, Kevan Hall, is co-delivering at Ashridge Business School.

And last but not least, Nashville, Tennessee! Just the name of the place makes me want to start singing country music. But now we’ll have another thing to associate it with:  The local paper has recently covered our appointment of Associate Consultant Dan Spatz: The City Paper – On the Move.

There’s enough there to keep you busy for a while – enjoy!
