Free matrix management online program

We have had a lot of requests recently for matrix and virtual management online learning programmes for individual access rather than full teams or organisations. It’s not something we have typically done in the past as our usual clients tend to be large multinationals who prefer in-company programs.

However, now there are suddenly many more people working in a virtual and matrixed way, we have put the first four of our short programmes into an ecommerce site so that individuals can have access. The launch includes a free “Welcome to the Matrix” program.

The first four programmes are

We are using this as a quick experiment to gauge demand and, if it proves popular, we can quickly add a lot more of our content to this platform.
