• Setting up a new Remote & Virtual Team: For when you are setting up a new remote and virtual team and want it to start more quickly and work more effectively. Guidelines and techniques on how to start a new team in the most effective way
• Overview to Tools for Cross Cultural Success This is a dual-purpose module. It is in part an introduction for individuals who are about to gain a deeper understanding of our tool for cross-cultural working. It is also a follow-up module for individuals who have attended our workshop in managing cross cultural interfaces. This module provides a basic understanding the key drivers of cultural behaviors. This is the foundation for effective cross cultural interactions.
