- embedding new ways of working – change programs to introduce new ways of working in areas like meetings, travel and decision-making at scale across the organization
In our matrix structure consulting we work primarily with senior leaders, organizational development (OD) and human resources (HR) specialists to apply these insights to the operation of their matrix organizations, or to help them align their people processes and ways of working to their structure and strategy.
We then work with senior line managers, OD specialists, learning and development (L&D) and talent management people to build the capabilities and confidence of their people in matrix management, matrix collaboration and personal effectiveness.
