We will post details of current vacancies here – whilst we have no current permanent vacancies, we are interested in hearing from people wanting to work with us on a permanent or associate basis in the future.

Our selection criteria are very specific, and are designed to support our positioning as specialists with personal experience of managing the fields we work in. Please check that you meet these criteria first before contacting us

You must have:

  • a successful background at international line management level in a world-class multinational company - this is essential and we will not consider candidates without line management experience of this nature.
  • personal experience of living and/or working in at least 2 countries
  • experience in developing new business and/or the design and delivery of training programs
  • strong communication and facilitation skills
  • a University level education
  • training level capability in English and a second language
  • a desire to work from home but with very regular international travel

Please note - we get many applications from cross-cultural specialists who have lived internationally but do not have strong big-corporate backgrounds. We work with challenging teams and groups from the world’s best companies and they demand strong corporate credibility and a personal understanding of the realities of managing in modern corporations. We only employ people with personal experience of being a line manger in this environment.
