Our selection criteria are very specific, and are designed to support our positioning as specialists with personal experience of managing the fields we work in.
If you have:
- a successful background at international line management level in a world-class multinational company - this is essential and we will not consider candidates without line management experience of this nature.
- personal experience of living and/or working in at least 2 countries
- experience in developing new business and/or the design and delivery of training programs
- strong communication and facilitation skills
- a University level education
- training level capability in English and a second language
- a desire to work from home but with very regular international travel
Please note - we get a lot of applications from cross-cultural specialists who do not have strong corporate backgrounds. Relatively little of our work is in the area of working across cultures and all of it requires strong corporate credibility and a grounding in the realities of modern corporate life.
