Time zone meeting planner app from Global Integration

Use our new iPhone & iPad app to instantly plan the best time to schedule multiple time zone meetings across the globe.

Working across time zones is a reality for anyone with colleagues in different countries around the world.

Scheduling a conference call or webinar with several colleagues spread across different time zones can be complex, getting it wrong and expecting someone to be available at anti-social times can cause frustration and delay

This app allows you to store locations for colleagues you need to connect with regularly.

add time zone locations for your colleagues

add time zone locations for your colleagues

You can then display time zone clocks showing the current time in each of these locations – enabling you to see at a glance if it is a good time to call them.

The time zone planner allows you to see at a glance the time in each of these locations and is colour-coded to show the best times to schedule a multi time zone call across these locations.

Normal working hours in each location  are shown in green, the hours immediately before and after normal working hours are in orange and night time is in black. This allows you to see at a glance the least intrusive time to schedule a conference call, webinar or video meeting across time zones.

I downloaded your app for my iPhone and it worked fine. I later updated my iPhone software to the latest version. Now your app is completely inoperable. Neither the edit or plus buttons work. I tried to redownload the app, but the app store wouldn’t let me. Can you help? Thanks so much.

Thanks for letting us know Don, I have reported this to our technical people and I know they have uploaded a couple of fixes in the last few day, these sometimes take a week or so to be approved by the Apple store so look out for these early next week if not before.

Please let me know if this does not solve your problem.

    Aploogies for any inconvenience.

Nice little app! There’s a problem with the time displayed for Indian cities like New Delhi: the time shown is 30 minutes too early. Can I request a fix please?

    Also two enhancement requests:
    (1) I’d like to be able to choose a future date for comparison on the Planner tab. The times in the cities can change because countries start Daylight Saving Time on different dates and some do not use DST at all.

    (2) It would be nice to be able to delete Favourites.

    Thanks!

I should add that the issue with the Indian times only appears on the Planner Chart, not the World Times tab. World Times does add the 30 extra minutes correctly, but there’s an issue with AM/PM. For example at 9 AM Berlin time, it should be 12:30 PM in New Delhi, however World Times shows 12:30 AM.
