Phil Stockbridge. Global Integration

Phil Stockbridge has been leading global, cutting-edge human resources programs and management training sessions for 13 years. Based in the U.K., he has senior-level expertise on remote and cross-cultural management issues in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Phil is a Director with Global Integration. Recent clients include global companies like Mars, Newell Rubbermaid, Dow Chemical, Nokia, Vodafone, Mars, Danske Capital, Rolls-Royce, AMETEK and Nordea.

With a strong background in line management, Phil’s experience includes production management in the brewing and food industries, as well as business development and new product introduction to southern European markets for an office equipment manufacturer. Phil also has been instrumental in facilitating large-scale corporate change programs, including designing and delivering training and facilitation packages which impacted several thousand employees.

His breadth of expertise includes providing training and human resources support to the growing central and southern European markets, with particular emphasis on Hungary, Poland, Italy and Portugal. Phil has received numerous accolades for his capabilities in designing and delivering competence/skills training and organization design for developing markets.

Phil speaks fluent Italian (his mother is Italian) and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Birmingham University.
