Global Integration has opened a new office, bringing its matrix management, global working and virtual teams training and consultancy to the heart of Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is an important hub location for western multinationals but also a gateway for Asian multinationals developing their international presence. It is a place where different businesses, cultures and interests meet. The new office will offer a convenient way for people in the region to contact us and a great place for meetings.

Hong Kong First Stop for ‘Making the Matrix Work’ Book Launch

TH Ong, VP for Asia, spearheads our Asian operations, and both he and CEO Kevan Hall will be in Hong Kong as the first stop on the Worldwide launch of Making the Matrix Work, Kevan’s latest book, on December 11 and 12.  They will be running both group and individual executive dialogues, the details of which can be found on our Asian book launch page.

(Making the Matrix Work shows how to establish and engage networks that do not depend on role, control or authority to get things done. It will help readers to cut through complexity and build the skills needed for matrix management success.)

Hong Kong Interbank Learning and Development Forum

Kevan Hall will also be speaking at the Hong Kong Interbank Learning and Development Forum on Wednesday December 12 (2012). We hope to give you more details of this members only event closer to the time.
