Our consultant Phil Stockbridge has a smile on his face, and who can blame him!

He was instrumental in helping Global Integration’s selection as a training/consultancy supplier to Sharing in Growth, an exciting initiative designed to help the UK stay competitive in the aerospace field – a significant UK employer, with three thousand companies employing 230 thousand people – and expected to double in size over the next decade.

Global Integration will be one of the key delivery partners for the programme, providing consultancy and training to participants to address the way people work together and the people management practices and capabilities to make their companies better managed, more efficient and more satisfying to work – in short, well placed to compete in a global marketplace.

The photos above are from the November 4th  introduction day, held in in association with the NWAA, which was designed to allow UK suppliers to meet with Sharing in Growth UK Ltd, to help understand more about the programme and offer details of how to apply.

If you know a company in the aerospace industry that could benefit, it’s not too late:
  • The next of these introduction days is on Thursday, 5th December 2013, held in association with the MAA, at the National Motorcycle Museum, in Bickenhill,  West Midlands (England)
  • SiG will also be at the NEC, Birmingham (England) at the  Aero Engineering event event on November 12th and 13th at the NWAA stand A45 and the MAA stand no B13
