Tony Poots, Director

Tony studied language and culture at Universities in 3 countries. His business career included providing decision support services to European business systems users, sales management, international training & education and internal communications in the fast moving consumer goods industry.

Tony joined Global Integration in 1995 and has built up a strong core of major clients in the high-technology sectors. He regularly runs courses in German as well as English.

In his spare time Tony enjoys archery but has yet to find a safe way of bringing this into his training courses! tony@global-integration.com

Phil Stockbridge, Director

Phil Stockbridge was raised in the UK by an English father & Italian mother. He studied Chemical Engineering, he is fluent in Italian. Phil's business experience includes production line management, international business development, and training and HR roles in the brewing and fast moving consumer goods industries.

Phil is a keen rugby coach and occasionally finds time to indulge in his favorite pastime - playing guitar. phil@global-integration.com

Janet Davis, Director

Janet Davis was born in Nigeria, has a degree in Commerce and Accountancy and qualified as a Management Accountant. She speaks fluent French. Janet's business experience includes finance, operations and HR roles in the UK and France in the banking, retail, FMCG and leisure sectors. She has yet to analyse what it is in her background that makes her happiest when working with dysfunctional teams.

Janet is a qualified ski instructor (tips given on the stairs in training session lunch-breaks), as a well as a keen horse-rider, wind-surfer, and swing-dancer...so she finds it essential to maintain a balanced diet of chocolate mousse and lemon-meringue pie. janet@global-integration.com

John Bland, Director.

John's business career included roles in R&D, Product Development and Brand Support for the European, Japanese, North African, and Middle Eastern regions. In addition he has experience as well as working in a Global Matrix structure. He has lived in both Japan and Belgium as well as in the UK, where he also spent some time running a centre specialising in improving European - Asian business relations.
John has a degree in Chemistry and a Doctorate in Biochemistry from Oxford University. He was a member of Oxford University's winning boat race crew on three occasions and he also won a world championship silver medal, and participated in the 1984 Olympic Games. john@global-integration.com

Rod Farnan, Director

Rod Farnan was born in Scotland and has a degree in Biological Sciences. His business experience includes sales, marketing - including global product launches, and training in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors. Rod has lived in the UK and USA and operated globally

Martin O'Connor, Director

A graduate in English & Classics, Martin's career has included senior roles in international corporate communications and business development, particularly within the telecoms and IT industries. He has worked in the US, Europe and Asia, and been based in places such as Singapore, Brussels, Atlanta, Hong Kong and Beijing .He has particularly strong experience in partnerships and joint ventures in Asia. He has studied Mandarin and worked in Hong Kong for the CEO of one of Asia's biggest telecommunications companies.

While he cites his family as his number one interest, Martin is an avid fan of most sports. He is particularly keen on Rugby and Football, both of which he played for over 15 years with - as he says himself - "˜a complete lack of any distinction whatsoever'

He can often be spotted on the lakes of Ireland pursuing his dream of catching a pike over the weight of 30 pounds (14 kilos) - an ambition which he refuses to believe may well take the same route as his sporting career. martin@global-integration.com

Tim Mitchell, Vice President

Tim was born in England but quickly moved to warmer climates, growing up in the West Indies, the Middle East and Africa. He has a degree in History and Politics and is a qualified accountant. His business career included finance and commercial roles in the Aerospace and Oil industries based in the UK, Thailand, Pakistan, Singapore and Indonesia, ending up as Finance and Commercial Director for Asia. Tim is a qualified scuba diving instructor and fanatical soccer fan and will happily talk about both for hours. tim@global-integration.com

T.H Ong, Vice President

T.H was born in Singapore and has lived and worked extensively in the U.S. and the Asia Pacific Region; he has a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA majoring in HR & International Business. He has extensive experience in international Human Resource and management/leadership development roles in the Chemical, FMCG, Energy and Industrial sectors.

With native fluency in American English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese and life experiences in several countries that span the East-West divide, T.H. puts his case of identity crisis to good use when working with his diverse client base. When he is not helping his clients close a culture gap or build a remote team, he is an avid diver exploring the oceans of the world where all humans are considered a cross-cultural specimen. Kevan Hall, CEO

Kevan's business experience includes; International human resources management, manufacturing line management and regional strategic and market planning in the Telecoms & FMCG sectors. He has lived in the UK and France and worked around the world.

Kevan founded Global Integration Ltd in 1994 to focus on the needs of people and organizations who work internationally. He manages his own cross cultural and remote organization and has clients and suppliers around the world, so he has to practice what he preaches.

Kevan is the author of "Speed Lead - Faster, simpler ways to manage people, projects and teams in complex companies" see the dedicated book site at Speed Lead.
